HELLLLLLLLO. FEELING SUPER BORED. and stretched. and tired. BOOOOOOOO! we did 40 sit ups, 60 crunches and 40 dunno what thing, + a lot a lot more stuff to train the abdominal muscles. WAHAHAA. how nice. but kay lah, i think my flexibility also improving. we had to split using the stairs! so it means that if you can actually do a split without cheating, you'd be doing OVER a hundred and eighty degrees. LOL. everyone was dying. HAHAA. but quite cool lah, in a way :D
